Her most powerful move is her Railgun move. She takes a coin, feeds some electricity in to it and out comes the coin at high speeds.

Uiharu is a nice cute girl that’s good with computers and is able to hack in to almost anything.
(If she had Misaka’s powers she would be able to do it even faster. Misaka can hack in to electronic devices.) Uiharu is a Level 1, the lowest. Her power is the ability to maintain the temperature of objects although she can really only maintain them at temperatures she herself tolerates.
To bad she’s only a Level 1, I seen fan art of Level 5 Uiharu with fire balls and ice spears.
